This cake showed all of his interests-photography, cars, golfing, skiing, drama, baseball, soccer and explorer programs for EMT's and the Fire Dept. A bridal shower cake for my cousin. She is using river rocks in her wedding theme. The rocks are made with marshmallow fondant--even I was impressed with how real they looked. The words are from their song ("Then" by Brad Paisley) The green fondant is the color of the bridesmaids dresses. They got engaged in Niagara Falls, thus the falls.

Why would someone ask for a cake that looks like Mrs.Doubtfires head? I don't know. He said it was an inside joke. I am not happy with the way it came out, but have to admit, it's better than I thought it would be. He told me later that they had a hard time cutting it because noone wanted to eat her face.LOL! Cake sculpted and decorated to look like my nephew's pinewood derby car (Beside the cake). Cookie wheels, chocolate bar spoiler. I really wish I had done a border on the bottom of this cake, bugs me everytime I see the pic!
